Terms of Service
Last updated: 16 July 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of evex (“evex”, “we”, “us”), the AI-powered WhatsApp scheduling assistant, and this website. By using evex, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
evex lets you create events in your Google Calendar by messaging our assistant on WhatsApp with text, images, or voice notes. evex uses automated and AI-based processing to interpret your messages and add the corresponding events to your connected calendar.
2. Eligibility & your account
- You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use evex.
- Your WhatsApp number and connected Google account identify your evex account. You are responsible for activity that occurs through them.
- You must have the right to connect and use the Google Calendar you link to evex.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use evex for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its underlying systems.
- Send content that infringes the rights of others or violates WhatsApp’s or Google’s terms.
- Use evex to send spam or to schedule events on calendars you do not control.
We may suspend or limit access if we reasonably believe you are misusing the service.
4. AI-generated results
evex relies on automated interpretation of your messages. While we work hard to get the details right, AI systems can make mistakes — for example, misreading a date, time, or timezone. You are responsible for reviewing the events evex creates and confirming they are correct. evex is a convenience tool and is not a substitute for verifying important appointments.
5. Third-party services
evex depends on third-party platforms including WhatsApp (Meta) and Google Calendar. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party services, and interruptions to those services may affect evex.
6. Service availability
We aim to keep evex available and reliable, but we provide the service on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any event will be created successfully or on time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, evex and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, missed appointments, lost profits, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Termination
You may stop using evex at any time and request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the service. On termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms will end.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of evex after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
